   Absolutely amazing stay at Quest Petone. From the emailing by Danika to in person with Quinn, check in was a breeze and the parking is the cheapest of any hotels at $15 per day. The apartment was clean, modern and had dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Very convenient. The water pressure in the shower was very strong too. Nice and close to shops and restaurants. And perfect for walks to the beach. 10/10 Comfortable room with air conditioner

   Great location, just off the main street in Petone, and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and the supermarkets Beds are really comfortable, shower is good and i had a little view to the beach

   Such a nice place to stay when needs but service was horrible.. Their elevtor dirty with dropped drinks and buttons slpash with liquide..Toilet paper was used not bothered to put a new one for new guest. Hallway over spary with strongair fresheners to keep the curry smell out from the place.. Need a proper cleaning team to keep your stars. espresso machine there but only one coffee tab there.. Room was clean and sheets towels clean. But bath soap and shampoo empty (just conditioner full).

   As well as having quiet, well featured & very pleasant rooms Quest Petone is centrally located just off Petone's main st giving easy access to all the local eateries in the evening. Plus it's only a few minutes drive to Lower Hutt & a few more minutes to East Coast Bays.

   The bathrooms could do with some freshening up the roof was peeling away and the shower lining and floor warped. Our room also had a strong smoke odour after day 1, we were there 3 nights. Great location and helpful staff. Parking was good on-site.

   Bathroom door didn't close at all, soundproofing was suboptimal (we could hear people on either side of our room and in the corridor), and tea, coffee, etc was sparce. Reception staff member was great though. Pre-book parking if you need to because street parking is very difficult in this busy area. Not my first choice for accommodation going forward.

3. Complete Beauty ★☆☆☆☆

   I was involved in an accident on my way to staying at this venue. My car was written off and my husband and daughter injured. I called to say we couldn’t make it. I asked if we could just cover one night instead of 2. That was declined on basis I had agreed to the T and C. So shame on you guys. I will never stay here nor recommend it!

   Excellent facilities, friendly, helpful staff, perfect location. The only slight niggle was discovering that the room was not serviced on Sundays. There was no mention of this in the reservation email, and I could not find it on their website. Other than that though, it was great, and we would happily recommend it
