Still yet to receive our food order. Over an hour late. Shop won't even answer the phone. Ruined our Xmas party. We will be initiating a proper complaint as well.
Service was great, atmosphere was refreshing, the Big Hack however is the worst food I've ever experienced. Steer very well clear of it, the guy in corporate who proposed this idea is a bell-end.
Incredibly long wait for my small order while it was quiet, I paid for the new katsu box and ended up with this tiny little thing that you could hardly call a meal. The box itself was the wrong container (the small sized snack box) and was only about a fifth full. Not worth coming back.
Very poor service from the young girl working the drive-through at KFC Johnsonville tonight. She sounded frustrated and snappy the whole time I was ordering, and when I pointed out that I had ordered a Lift (not two Fantas), she just said “oh well we don’t have any” and slammed the window on us. When she eventually handed over the food, she didn’t say a single word and shut the window on us again. I’ve never had issues here before, the older lady who usually runs the drive-through is always cheerful and welcoming, but this young girl was super rude, unprofessional, and made the whole experience really unpleasant.
Probably the worst KFC in the country. Went a few years prior and took 45 minutes to serve a burger and chips, they took one person at a time who ordered, and then served them their food before moving on to the next. Today I decided to use Uber Eats, they accepted the order, and 20 minutes later literally cancelled it, I did not find out about this until 40 minutes when I was wondering where my food was.
Absolute piss take. Ordered online in an attempt to beat the queues. Arrived to join dozens of others waiting in line to be served. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:02pm. At 7:36pm i jumped in my vehicle and jumped in the drive thru behind 6-8 other vehicles. I drive past the entrance with my food in hand to see the people that had been there before we arrived still waiting to receive their food. Absolutely appalling service. Shut the doors if you are so committed to prioritising drive thru customers. What an absolute waste of bloody time.
Drove in with a bad attitude and was a bit nervous but was greeted by a lovely woman working on the speaker box who was polite and had a very attractive and soothing voice. Then as I stumbled vocally she guided me through my order. As I pulled up to the window to receive my meal the lovely angel we will just nickname Margaret smiled passed me our food and waved joyfully as we drove away . Thank you Margaret!!!!!
Great customer service! Friendly woman working on the drive-through, with good listening skills, a cheerful and helpful attitude. Definitely like coming to this store, it's well worth the drive!
Ordered this last night amongst other food delivered. Didn’t ask for extra sauce. This is just stupid, they deserve their low rating.
