   i went to maccas to. buy a 6 peice happy meal and a hamburger on the side. the burgur inside of the happy meal box, i didnt think to much of it but are they that lazy to not get another bag. then i opened my happy meal tpo see there were 4 nuggets and not even the sweet and sour sause i asked for. very dissaponted in you maccas this isnt even the first time youve done that.

   If there was a half star rating, that’s what we would choose. Ordered via Drive Thru, How the hell can you forget to pack a 6 piece chicken nuggets, and Big Mac with Xtra sauce into our order. This was discovered once we had driven home and opened the bags. Also to top it off, no napkins were given in the order. This happened 9 December 2025 @ 17:30:49 order 282.

   I love johnsonville maccas , compared to porirua maccas which is awful. Specially the chips are way better and nicer. Hot food. The nuggets are even nicer somehow. Well done jvill maccas for having good standards. Any problems ive had have been quickly sorted. Best maccas in wellington area.

   Run down and need a customer service vocabulary beyond nice awesome repeatedly said through drive through. Hit or miss with food and customers use the bathrooms at Mobil which are of cleaner. But don't park on the petrol pump while at McDonald's the rudest thing you can do.

   Food was ok, service was ok, but this is easily the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. Genuinely, pure filth. There is absolutely no chance this place is complying with food safety/hygiene requirements in the dining area.

   The worst Maccas I've ever had. We didn't expect too much at 5:30 in the morning, just wanted the usual standard of McDonalds food. Well all of the food we got was cold. The fries didn't even have salt on them. The only thing that was passable was the hot chocolate. My McMuffin was somehow wrapped up with half of it's contents hanging out of the bun. The staff obviously didn't care about anything they were doing, and pretty rude and abrupt.

   This is the double cheeseburger I ordered tonight. Now I know why I had to wait so long for my order ... they had to make it then back a truck over it several times before serving it to me. Service is constantly slow, food is cold and orders very rarely correct. Avoid if you can.

   Super frustrated. Never usually give bad reviews. However, for a 24hr joint I have zapped down for a quick burger after midnight on three separate occasions recently and not been able to get any service for various reasons. Tonight I sat at the drive-thru for 2 minutes waiting for service. In the end I just drove through because the person on duty was too busy cleaning a machine to serve.

   It's a lovely building, food typical & enjoyed, but unfortunately it was very busy (New Years Day though) and our table service was also non-existent, we collected the food & hot drinks, thinking we were helping them out, as they were so busy, only to discover we didnt have all the drinks, so had to make another trip downstairs. If we had waited for their table delivery, the food would have been cold. Did love the upstairs sitting area, hubby did say the men's toilet upstairs was broken.
