    Got a voucher for a 2 storey house wash off grab one and after setting a date 3 weeks down the line and coordinating with the tenants was told they can’t do the property as it’s too close to neighbouring propertys. It’s a good 2m to the neighbouring property which is the same as 50% of the wellington houses. Don’t waste your time with this company. Complete time wasters.

    Unreliable. Purchased their most expensive house clean on grabone for 2 storey property. They cancelled the first date then missed the second without notice or further contact and then redeemed the voucher. Upon enquiry they claimed their equipment can't do 2 storey houses - despite offering this option for which I paid. I had to waste further time getting a refund from grabone.
