   Incredible service all round! Sam and Tim were both attentive and knowledgeable with products and informing us of warrantys and comfort guarantees. They organised delivery the same week, where Todd and Cody took our old bed away, moved another downstairs and installed our new one, plus removing all rubbish, all in the space of under 30mins. Absolute legends, 10/10 would recommend.

   Friendly staff, we were assisted by Phil who was very good to us in the respect of answering all our questions, offering recommendations that suited our expressed needs, and quick with paperwork to arrange payment and delivery. Even called a few days after delivery to ensure everything went smoothly and the delivery boys did their job right - with no damage to the product. Very good service. I would recommend.

   I am very pleased by the outstanding service my partner and I received from the team at BedsRus Lower Hutt and the quality comfortable bed & accessories I purchased from them. We were served in-store by Sam our salesperson and at home by Todd our delivery person & installer. My partner and I were shopping for a new bed recently and Sam was very knowledgeable, empathetic and patient with us as we took our time with carefully viewing our options and deciding on a bed, even when it took us a week to decide. The Sleep Map tool was an excellent tool to use and was one of the main reasons why I considered going to BedsRus in the first place. As my partner and I were both visibly queer women, I am pleased that Sam was able to provide a safe and welcoming experience for us during our interaction. When the bed arrived, I wasn't at home but my partner was. She was served by Todd, the delivery person and installer who was friendly and professional and was able to get the bed inside right to our bedroom, setting it up for us. My partner was quite pleased with his service and professionalism. In summary, I would highly recommend BedRus Lower Hutt. They have a fantastic, knowledgeable and empatheic team and they sell quality and comfortable beds. My partner and I are quite satisfied by the outstanding service provided by Sam and Todd and we would definitely shop there again if we needed to purchase another bed again.

   Just got delivery of the Serenity Eden Extra Firm bed. Kerry was fantastic. He discussed options with us and helped us choose the right bed. Todd delivered the bed to our house. It had to go on the first floor and he did an awesome job. The poor guy had to do all by himself but was very helpful and courteous.

   BedRus Lower Hutt were great to deal with. Allan was very helpful and explained the pros and cons with all the mattress ranges in the store and then gave me space and time to make my choice. I completed the Comfort Map and chose the Sanctuary Midnight mattress with pillows to compliment. I was told it would take 6-7 weeks to arrive as I requested a special base and got a phone call at the 6-week mark saying the bed had arrived. Todd delivered the bed on schedule, did the assembly, and took the packaging away. Great experience from start to finish.

   The team at BedsRus Lower Hutt are awesome. We hadn’t bought a new bed for many years and had a bit of trepidation with buying a new one – making a choice and the expected high price. After trying a few we settled on the Apex 7 Chiropractic HDX King mattress and base with a mattress protector and were pleased with the reasonable and affordable prices. We’ve also ordered a custom covered headboard which we’re looking forward to receiving soon. Allan provided excellent advice and service. We appreciated his friendly and patient manner – no pushiness, he is a very kind and knowledgeable salesman. We also appreciated Todd delivering the mattress and base the following week and helping to assemble it. He was also knowledgeable on the products and very efficient. We were able to swap out the legs a few days later for shorter ones as the original ones chosen were a little high off the ground for me. Nothing was a problem. We highly recommend Allan and the team at BedsRus Lower Hutt. We’ll be going back there again for some pillows and when we’re ready to replace the bed in the guest room.

   Highly recommend BedsRus in Lower Hutt. Allan was so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable which made selecting our new mattress really easy. Our mattress and base were delivered a week later and Todd and his team were extremely professional. The bed was set up quickly and all rubbish was taken away. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend.

   Last month or so I had made a decision to go for elite 8 sleepyhead bed. Alan was good sales person, he has explained quite well the differences in the bed which helped me in making a decision. The delivery of the bed was received within committed time frame. The store delivered and assembled the bed quickly during my lunch break. Much appreciated your excellent customer service. For bed- it’s has been good so far, happy with the purchase of elite 8. Would definitely recommend but must consider right pillow for ultimate relaxing good night sleep. Thank you Bedrus team!
