   I usually love shopping at your stores but the Westgate team member today felt like she didn’t want to be there. Usually the staff will greet me and ask if I need any help but this lady didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever until I checked out. Not a good experience unfortunately.

   Ruby and Rosie are always amazing when I visit this store! Went in today to get a dress and they told me all the deals and helped me find the perfect dress! And a few other items: when the sales are so good, you have to! Always have the best experience here with the Northwest girls! Thanks guys :)

   Went to City Chic -NORTHWEST- today and bought a few items. The shop was quite busy, with 3 fitting rooms and a queue I could not wait . Got home and tried on the dress I bought which by the way had no price tag on and had to ask the cashier to run a price check on it which she did. I also asked her whether this was the price reflected online and she said yes it is actually reduced to $63. (THIS IS NOT A CLEARANCE ITEM as per online picture) Once I got home and tried the dress I realized the dress had a faulty zipper and so did not want to tamper with the zipper so immediately rang the store, The Manager Rosy answered the call and stated that she clearly remembered me. I explained the situation to her that the zipper on the dress is faulty and her immediate response was 'thats why it was on sale and we don't accept returns' and we clearly told you no returns on clearance items. I then asked, so u knew the zipper was faulty and she said well a lot of customers have tried on the dress and no one ever said anything was wrong with the zipper. Her tone was so rude and off putting. Not realizing I was speaking to the Manager I requested to speak to the Manager as I thought that was a very simple issue that could easily be solved, and the staff I was talking to was very unprofessional The female staff I was speaking with rudely told me you are speaking to the manager, I remembered you, and we told you no returns, we can't ....... if you like you can return the dress but I can't guarantee I'm going to do anything about it. In this kind of climate who wants to put up with this rude customer service? My entire family shops at this store and will not be shopping there again as a result of this experience. I will be returning the dress so the store so the Manager (Rosy) can decide if the zipper is actually faulty or ............... I feel it is wrong to sell an item that you know is faulty and then turn around and tell customer item is on clearance when it clearly is not ( as per online pic) This kind of service is totally unacceptable, wish there was a zero star option Will give update after returning the dress

   For a first time buyer unsure about product Ange was very helpful and very understanding and very patient her customer service was above and beyond poor girl was on her own with a lot of customers in the shop but managed to still attend to all customer needs with a smile made my day hard workers who are passionate about there work is hard to find outstanding and impressive keep up the excellent work Ange.
