I would request the concerned person who owns this subway , your staff does not have any kind of respect for the customers , very rude , low quality food , it was very bad experience, please teach your staff how to talk to customers or otherwise just shut down your shop
Store is always dirty, bread is stale, there is never any tuna, spinach or mozzarella available, are extremely stingy with salads, and they only put 3 veggie patties instead of 4 on a footlong, unlike every other subway. Just go to the one a block further down and get your money's worth
I am going to store at 10.30pm but staff told me it’s closed, checked online store time is open till 11pm, I am not expecting this kind of behaviour of staff, it’s really disappointing and worst service ever. I am regular customer for subway but that kind of behaviour is unexpectable plz look into high priority.
The worst subway in the whole world. The lady couldn’t even make a sub. Gave me the wrong order from the person behind when there was one other person in the whole store. If that’s not saying something idk what is. Avoid at all costs!! Soooo stingy and stupid
They'd run out of bread, which is fine I could do a wrap anyway, I asked for a footlong wrap. So when the smallest saddest wrap was being made, I was very confused. When being charged, I realized that it was only for a 6inch "Oh yea we don't do footlong wraps". Well then you should have told me that before I'm about to pay for it, and I would have said "okay", and gone 2 blocks down the road to the other one. The 2 guys there clearly didn't want to be there either. Terrible experience all around.
Ling is the best sandwich artist at subway by far. He is so good at making sandwiches and put lots of vegetables for me. Ling you are amazing keep up the good work. The sandwich you made for me was so good! Thanks for the free puppy you gave me after your shift it’s fire
Subway courtney place has really been lighted up by this delightful fella, not too sure with his name but i think it said Ling way on his badge thing, he is surely a lad. very satisfied with his service, helped me choose my sandwich, and had a lovely chat, 10/10 customer service love you ling, keep your work up!!!!!!
Wow, this is appalling. Such a lack of care in assembling and packing my sub, the main lady threw the ingredients in the sandwich and packed it so poorly that it was all mushed and falling apart when I opened it, whereas the young girl that made my friend's sub did an amazing job. I understand that you may not like your job, but you are literally handling a person's food. I can get over the attitude but the lack of respect and care for the food I'm purchasing is disgusting, especially when me and my friend were the only ones there so you could have taken your time.
