   Pretty miserable smart-alec people working here. Got an order wrong twice. Then again, McDonald's isn't know for its genius staff.

   One of the more disappointing Maccers around. Akward working your way towards the card park or drive thru, terrible service, and the food is almost always sloppy with no consideration for presentation or care. I have watched them make the burgers a few times and they slop it on. Why not spend a second longer and make sure the sauce and cheese and meat is in the middle of the burger? The place is also generally messy, the barcode scanners on all kiosks are broken also. I had one crew member ask me three times why I was standing there and it was because I was waiting on food. This place needs to send its management to Upper Hutt McDonalds and see how they do it.

   Useless… always missing parts of the order and food always looks like it’s just thrown together all over the place. Missing fillings and cold. Can’t even make a basic decent burger.

   Just the worst service we've ever had at McDs. The girl taking the order was bizarrely rude and didn't really speak. It wasn't clear we could place our order. She didn't confirm the order or tell us how much. When we went to pay, she didn't say a word and slammed the window. It was just so weird. Then the burgers were sloppy and not actually wrapped properly. The woman who looked like the supervisor was just openly drinking at the front counter. Ick. We'll be skipping next time.

   Fries are half full every single time!! Have ordered multiple times through Uber eats and Delivereasy and we never receive our fries full. If I wanted size small I would have ordered that. Even in store, fries come half full. Not good enough

   Always check your order when handed to you. We were missing an $18.00 Chicken burger and 5 ice creams $11.00. Response from staff when i returned seeking the missing items...if you cant be bothered going back what happens to the paid for items?

   Inconsistent service. Sometimes exceptional sometimes terrible. You pay extra for extra things right? There are definitely no extra onions in here... pitiful really. When I pay almost a dollar for extra onion I expect to get extra onion.

   Second time in two weeks I've been failed by this McDs. No egg in a sausage and egg Mc muffin! C'mon the name says the ingredients. I could excuse this if they were flatout but they weren't busy, only had one other customer while I was there.
