This place gets a 5 star from us because of Koro. Koro’s customer service is amazing. During busy periods he still manages to make each customer feel valued. He runs a tight ship!
Food was great, customer service was good. But the dining area was shit, all tables were not wiped down and chairs all over the place, rubbish, food and fizzy drink on the floor, that's a hazard right there. I had to go and ask someone to give me a spray and wipe to clean my table, I don't even know if that blue cloth was clean, maybe use paper towels for one use only per table. Hygiene in dining area was very poor. Manager please take five minutes of your time to check your work area and restaurant area. I know the evening time can be busy but no excuse not to keep your dining area clean at all times. Other than that customer service was good, food was yum and fast.
This location consistently provides a great experience. Ordering ahead on the app makes pickup incredibly easy. The staff are always friendly and efficient. My order is ready quickly, which I appreciate. The food is always served hot and fresh. The chicken is perfectly cooked and flavorful. It's a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. I'm always happy with my visits here.
HAIR! DISGUSTING! Came in with my flatmates for some dinner expecting some good food. But we got hair instead. Our order took ages to come out and when it did we opened the bag to a hair sitting on top of our poorly wrapped food. The workers are lazy and disgusting. They don't know how to tie up their hair properly or how to wrap a burger. We didn't get Utensils for our cheesy loaded fries and when we asked for them, we got back more hair. The Utensils came out on a tray with napkins and under the napkins was another hair! All of the tables were sticky too, so we had to sit in the car Confronted the worker about the hair and all we got was an oh sorry. Beyond disappointing service from this kfc. We spent 47 dollars on this crap, I hope I don't get sick!
Cold food, missing items and awful quality. Tried to get it fixed but no one answered the phone or email. Will never go back again - been disappointed every time we’ve visited this branch. Got to johnsonville to get a better experience
Don't order online, comes late, they only care about the drive through. The quality of the food is acceptable, but the quantity for what you're paying is not. Compared to a local bakery that does chicken and chips it is expensive.
Wow- I guess vulgar is the best way to describe this place. Chicken swimming in oil- and floury. Somehow managed to get more lumps in the gravy than should be possible. Please avoid this travesty- obviously no one gives a hoot who works here.
Horrible service, garbage food. There’s only two people in the drive through but I get to sit for 23 minutes because the person in front of me is having a chat with their friend in the store. Great to have food sitting on the bench beside the open window getting cold for 20 minutes. Worst KFC in NZ for sure, horrible place.
Great food due to high turnover, drive through very painful wait times, need to go off peak or go inside. Customer service needs improvement, and you always need to check your order, as they will run out of things and not tell you.
Quick service...know why...my zinger burger was literally a chicken fillet and buns, nothing else. Gutted, it was bland and just not the same. Also missing a potato and gravy from our order.
