   I came in and was taken care of by the lovely Ruchites. She was very professional and gave me all the options I might want for a facial, helping me pick the right one. She also explained every step of the way, as I'm not experienced with facials, and that made me feel like I was in good hands. She offered me the product she recommended to keep up with my skincare, so I understood how to maintain it later. Plus, she told me when to come back. I would definitely recommend Ruchites! She also waxed and threaded my upper lip and my eyebrows! They look perfect!

   I had a really disappointing experience at sister’s yesterday. I arrived in the morning to get my eyebrows waxed which I have done here before. Not only did the stylist make them a lot thinner than I asked for, she gave me severe wax burns on my eyelids. I brushed it off immediately hoping that the pain was just sensitivity but they became progressively worse over the course of the day and being the next day, I am left with bright red, painful blotches on the tops of both of my eyebrows and my eyes are very swollen. I am sure the stylist knew that she had left my eyebrows and skin like this as I normally give my details when paying but she didn’t want any details and I felt rushed out of the door afterwards. I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back here anymore.

   I got my eyebrows waxed last week and ended up getting a horrible wax burns on both eyebrows and eyelids. I was close by at the time but have only been here a few times across the years. The beautician also knew the wax was not at the right temperature and proceeded to continue. This is the first time I've experienced this with eyebrow waxing. Horrible experience and won't be back here, will stick with my local.
