   Hi, I visited your shop yesterday to get my nails done, and I’m really disappointed with the result. The service felt very rushed, and the nails look uneven. The builder gel wasn’t applied properly she didn’t turn my nails upside down to let the gel level out, nor did she use a fine brush to smooth it. She simply applied the gel and asked me to cure each nail in the UV light with no effort to make them look neat. It’s upsetting because customers deserve the service they pay for, especially in times like this when many businesses are struggling. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to return, as my hard-earned money was wasted on poor service. What makes it worse is that I expected better from the lady who did my nails, as she is the “boss” and usually at the counter. It’s clear she values the payment more than the clients.

   I went to Paris Nail Salon today to get my nails done on both my hands and feet. The salon’s location is incredibly convenient, being very close to both the bus stop and the train station. They started with my feet first, and when they saw that I brought coffee and breakfast, they thoughtfully let me enjoy my meal while receiving the foot treatment. The chair was an electric massage chair, which was super comfortable. The salon offers a wide variety of colors and finishes to choose from, whether it’s solid colors, pearlescent, glittery, or jelly-like finishes. I chose a light, high-saturation white and pale pink, which are actually quite tricky colors that can easily be uneven if not applied skillfully. The nail beautician carefully shaped my nails, trimmed the cuticles, and even massaged my calves and soles. I was very satisfied with the final result and highly recommend the salon!

   went there and got me and my cousins nails done for the first time. Couldn’t fault them for a single thing, the service was great and they were super lovely and professional. Most amazing acrylics, exactly like our reference pictures and the whole experience was enjoyable. 10/10

   I visited to shop and asked for gel manicure. I told her that it is for my wedding and while doing manicure she injured my finger and it was bleeding. I was very upset as it was my left hand where i suppose to wear ring. Then they asked me to wait for 10 mins for pedicure but it took them more then half n hour to notice me. In the end i have to cancel and leave as i waited for long. The lady who served me was in a hurry to attend other customers that why she injured my finger. I cannot explain how upset i was with there service.
