Cold water in the foot tub when having a pedicure, lady next to me had water too hot she couldn’t put her feet in it. Scrubbed my heel for a total of 2.5 seconds, just felt rushed and careless, even though it was just me and 1 other in there.
Thank you ladies for my sparkly manicure and pedicure. You really worked hard to achieve what I wanted. Very happy with my acrylic nails! Gave you a 4 star rating as it was quite loud for me with the conversations between you and your colleagues in Vietnamese, other than that I enjoyed your service!
We came here for our end of year staff Christmas outing. The ladies were so nice and saw all 4 of us straight away at the same time. They adjusted to our needs and what we all wanted. Was such a fun day. I went back as I didn't like the bright pink colour I chose and they happily re-did them for free! So happy with the new colour I chose. Thank you R&J Nails :)
I have been here several times. The employees are skilled nail artists. However, the customer service is poor. At times, I have come to the salon and have been asked to come back 45 minutes later even though there are two customers there. Sometimes, the services are rushed, resulting in tacky looking nails. Also, the employees leave us unattended for several minutes or talk to each other from across the room in a foreign language.
Kim and van are awesome staff and did beautiful job. Very good customer care. Love there service.
I was shocked at the poor customer service. Then had my eye brows waxed and tinted. Asked for light light brown they came out black with dye going down past my eyes not to mention blobs if wax left on my eye lids. Also a chunk of skin taken out on my eyebrows where she ripped the wax off. Will never go back. So dissapointed
The service is ok. However, try and discuss the charges before you get the Mani Pedi done as the rates on the card seem to be manually struck off for new rates and there are hidden charges like removing of nail paint etc which are not reflected on the card.
Staff were accommodating and helpful to fit my daughter in at last minute for a sudden unplanned manicure. They looked after her and understood what she wanted even making suggestions to help. Highly recommended.
