Was about to treat the wife and I to a couple of nights stay here. $365 per night for the 1 bedroom is okay, but when I went to pay, they add a mandatory $155 cleaning fee. So, $730 for two nights accommodation, then you have the audacity to charge that ridiculous cleaning fee. Rip off, so didn’t proceed with the booking. There are so many other places to stay for cheaper, just as nice, and they don’t add cleaning fees. Also the policy wording is rude where they say they have the right to take a $500 bond in case there is room damage or extra cleaning required. Considering we were planning to eat out and not use the kitchen, what a disappointment.

Recently stayed at AWSA. On the positive side it was a very nice spacious apartment with a balcony to relax on and look out at the amazing views, a very comfy bed, and a bottle of bubbles and chocolate in the fridge. Very nice. Unfortunately there is also a negative side. For $400 per night these negatives were most certainly not expected. On checkin we received printed apartment information. Included in this info was a website to check that there would be no cruise ships in port to block the views, especially from the apartments of Sheds 19 and 20. A little bit late to be receiving this information and checking for that!! Coffee pods would jam in the coffee machine. Hard to operate. There were 6, yes 6 tissues in the tissue box. Not quite sufficient for 4 days. There was a strip of wood in the ranchslider track which had to be removed to open the ranchslider properly. If you preferred to use your own shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower there was no shelf for personal items. No dressing gowns or slippers. Have paid a lot less for accommodation and these have been supplied. The worst negative was having to dispose of your own rubbish in the rubbish room on the floor above. I have never ever in all my world travels ever had to do this!! For $400 per night plus $155 for cleaning fee. Seriously!!! Not good enough!!

Outstanding view of Auckland Harbour from a well appointed appartment with secure/private access with a dedicated parking space. We were greeted by the owners who were very helpful and they made us feel welcome. Highly recommended as the views and location are perfect for a city break in Auckland.

It was a clean, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment with everything we needed, close enough walk to the city but also quite peaceful being at the end of the wharf. The living area was spacious and great for a toddler who also loved the boats docking outside near the balcony and loved watching them cruise by on the water.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, it has a great view of the harbor and the harbor bridge, a beautifully furnished spacious apartment on the 1st floor with over 3 metre ceiling stud height, full kitchen facilities, bathroom was a little small but I could still maneuver in my manual wheelchair, I didn't attempt the small shower, and I couldn't get outside on the small balcony with a step down and the table and chairs, the bedroom was easily closed off with large shutters, the super king size bed was very comfortable. Parking was reasonable at $25 per day, cheap compared to Wilsons outside, it was easily accessible with lift access on the 3rd floor and very secure with card access only. Minimum stay was 3 nights, but the price was comparative to a nice hotel, even cheaper, and you get so much more for your money. To book in a daily cleaning/service was extra, but there's a washing machine and dryer for towels/clothes if required. A short walk or wheel into town, everything is at your doorstep. We will definitely be staying here again.
