   Lesson learned, I should've read the reviews before booking this property on AirBnB. We were allocated apartment 11, which looked nothing like the photos, which felt like marketing deception. For $250 a night, it was absolutely NOT worth the money. We called Tung the Duty Manager, who was nice, and moved us to apartment 5, and at least this one looked like the photos and was spacious. Unfortunately it was pretty gross, the lounge furniture was stained and dirty, lightbulbs in some rooms just didn't work and the air conditioner remote didn't even have batteries in it, so you couldn't use the heater, and in August, it was very cold. To top it off, the apartment next door, also rented by U Suites had tenants that had a raging party all night, with the music so loud you could hear it outside the building downstairs, which went on until 8am in the morning. There was a small outdoor area, but you couldn't use it due to the overwhelming smell of rotten food, garbage and decay, which was also in all the common areas, lift wells, etc. This place is absolutely disgusting and considering we could've stayed at the 5 star Sofitel for less money, we will never stay here again. I hope someone reads this review and it steers them well clear of booking anything with U Suites.

   Do yourself a big favor and give this place a miss. There are better options avaliable in Wellington for far less money. The place is grotty and poorly maintained. Gross

   On entering the building we were met with a strong garbage smell, the lift and stair access were all filthy and in need of updating and cleaning. The apartment was basic and very dated, in need of a good freshen up, peeling paint and marks on walls. Not ideal to have a bathroom straight off the kitchen. In spite of all this it is a very handy location to shops and restaurants

   Kia ora, I wish to make a complaint about the poor service and faulty facilities we experienced during our stay. We are staying in Apartment 4 and am absolutely disgusted in the state of this bathroom. The shower door is broken and unable to close, which caused water to leak and flood the bathroom. We had to use all of our clean towels to mop the wet floor. There's also small areas of black mold around the door, which suggest this bathroom has not been properly cleaned and serviced. I called the Duty Manager (Tung), informing him of the faulty shower door and he said he could not do or fix anything after-hours. This is really disappointing service and very upsetting. The toilet is attached to the bathroom which means we will have to walk through wet and flooded floors to use the toilet. We also don't have anymore clean towels as they were used to mop up as much water as we could. The toilet roll handle is also broken and keeps falling off. I am very disappointed in the service from Tung. He offered no solution that would be helpful while we are here and he implied there would be no refund either which is absolutely unacceptable. He did not offer to fix the shower while we were staying here, only when it suited him. He did not offer to clean the bathroom. He did not offer to provide clean towels. The apartment is dingey and unmaintained and the service here is terrible. I will not book here ever again.

   Very poor standard of accommodation, not clean, carpets dirty, light bulbs not working, not enough cutlery, expensive! Have to walk up two flights of stairs. Cannot emphasise enough how poor and uncomfortable this accommodation was.

   Very clean and good comfy beds. Central location and a good sized apartment. Decor and facilities are tired. Would not want to stay more than a couple of nights. Attention to maintenance required eg missing light bulbs in lamps.

   The location is based in a area where there is clubs that play loud music all night and have people yelling till 5am. The entire house is covered in mould and dust, it has not been cleaned. The mould and dust are on your bed frames and all over the ceilings in the house and bathroom and windows. There is a awful smell in the hallway and the entire apartment smells awful. The windows were difficult to open in all the rooms and lounge. There were flies in the apartment before we arrived and the beds are not comfortable & have are overly used. There is no natural ventilation in the apartment and no working fan in the bathroom.

   Good communication. Could do with a freshen and better internet and a good vacuum in the wardrobes. Great location- v central - would have been good to know we had two flights of stairs to cart our cases up. ESP If u have elderly relatives.

   Clean, quiet and comfortable and a great location! "The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is the third time we have stayed at this property. It is in a great central location".
