   I had a microblading procedure done here a little over a year ago, including several retouches, and unfortunately the results did not last as long as I was led to believe they would. The tint faded significantly much sooner than expected, especially considering the total cost of the treatment. When I reached out to Ronita to ask about this and to understand whether there was any warranty or support available, the response I received was not helpful and did not address my concerns. Based on my experience with both the procedure and the follow-up communication, I personally would not return or recommend the service. This is simply my experience, but I hope it is helpful for others considering the procedure.

   Unhappy client.I had microbladding done and its been 2 months now. They look awful not what I expected. The shape is awful and crooked. The colour is terrible (2 different colours and shades) . I have had to get it removed. I do not recommend. I had to give 1 star as it wouldn't submit if I had it my way it would be no stars! Date 12/11/2025 To date you have not contacted me in re: to my text message. I have reached out to you and you still ignore me.

   Partner had eyebrows and lips done by Ronita and had to go back several times to get touch up that never took and last time Ronita kept changing appointments and she never followed up.Very unprofessional.

Recently, she did microblading (I had it done outside NZ) removal for me as well - such a quick procedure (no downtime required) and it has fantastic result after just one treatment.
