   I was initially impressed by the team’s professionalism — the doctor even used their lunch break to see me, which I truly appreciated after waiting nearly three months for my first appointment. However, just a week before my second visit, I received several calls asking to reschedule, creating unnecessary stress and confusion. Ultimately, my follow-up was cancelled at the last minute without proper communication. Although the doctor’s skill is undeniable, reliability and respect for patients’ time are equally important. Sadly, this experience has completely changed my initial impression, and I now have to find another dentist on my own. It’s a real pity, because I truly wanted this to work out.

   We have been clients of dental Artistry for several years now. The care of each staff member is exceptional. I see Dr Sarah Cole and Katie the hygenist. Would totally recommend both of them, especially if you are nervous and a bit of a wuss like me.

   Please note that this clinic offers an account credit in exchange for leaving a review. I feel it's important to share my honest experience in case it helps others. Unfortunately, my time at this clinic was disappointing. I was placed on a long-term treatment plan that, in hindsight, was never likely to address the severity of the issues I was facing. I later consulted with specialist surgeons who made it clear that I should have been referred to surgical care much earlier. I was prescribed several devices that made no meaningful difference—and some of these were described by specialists as inappropriate for someone of my age and clinical presentation. Please be cautious about being drawn into a cosmetic treatment pathway if you may have more serious underlying issues. As a woman, I was naturally motivated to improve my appearance—but I now feel that my insecurities were taken advantage of. I trusted the process, but it ultimately delayed the more appropriate care I needed. I don't share this to be unkind, but rather because I wish I had known more from the start. In my case, pursuing cosmetic-focused treatment first was a costly mistake, both financially and in terms of time lost.

   Today I had the 3D impressions done by Dr. Sheng Zhang to construct the three tooth bridge to be attached to the two implants and am absolutely impressed with the professionalism and expertise shown. Everything was explained perfectly.The staff are all very helpful and backed up by the beautiful rooms,coffee facilities etc I totally recommend the practice.

   Can't recommend the team at Dental Artistry enough. We've had three family member have corrections with braces and Invisalign and very happy with results. Dr Sarah Stockman is always friendly and professional and has an eye for detail. Brand new clinic makes the visit even more enjoyable :)

   I had a hygienist appointment with Katie last week and it was amazing. She made me feel at ease and gave me lots of recommendations on ways to care for my teeth. The practice is very nice and modern. They even had a Tv on the wall to watch during your appt. Highly recommend!
