   Booked an appointment but was cancelled immediately, even politely messaged and got left on read. With no explaination to why the appointment was cancelled, such rude service without even encountering or having the service itself. Like if you dont want to do a particular service ie bottom lashes on its own maybe put it as an add on service not a single service? For a business maybe learn some basic communication skills. _____________________________________ Not reading the message and not being able to reply is fine sure, but leaving the message as read for a few hours is completely different. And the call was made only after when you decided to reply. All the best.

   She is truly kind and provides very careful and professional service. Choosing a salon in a foreign country can be really difficult. In fact, I’ve had experiences where the results didn’t turn out as I had hoped, so I was quite anxious. But even before I made the booking, she listened to my concerns seriously through DM, and on the day, she made sure to understand exactly what I wanted. As a result, this is my favorite lash set I’ve ever had. If anyone feels unsure, I really recommend reaching out to her for a consultation. She’s amazing!

   I've never had eyelash extensions before, I've had lash lifts and one previous here and let me tell you I'm obsessed their prices are great and their service is amazing its always so calming and relaxing getting stuff done. I was nervous for eyelash extensions but they look so beautiful more then I could have asked for

   Had my hybrid lash done today. The tiny studio with relaxing music gave this place a very nice atmosphere. Mina was very friendly and professional. The experience was quick and painless. I have very dry and sensitive eyes and usually get very red and stingy eyes after lash extensions, but this time I had no issues at all! Would definitely come back again :) Thank you!
