   Albert does a great job keeping my hair looking great - which can be challenging for hair like mine. Highly recommend if you've got quite fine hair. I've had a variety of cuts, and they grow out well.

   Worst place to do your hair. I told the hair dresser what I wanted but he never delivered and charged a bomb for it. My hair usually feels healthy after colouring but after getting it done here, it’s in the worst condition it’s ever been. The hair dresser wouldn’t shut up either. Instead of trying to understand what the client wants, ke kept talking continuously and convinced me to do what he wanted to do with my hair . I would have been happy if the results were good but was really disappointed with the outcome. Waste of money.

   I don’t live in Auckland but that’s where I found my perfect hairdresser on a trip in December! I had very, very long hair and needed a change. Kimmy cut it, balayaged it and tinted it to ash just like in my dreams, without damaging it at all (actually, all the opposite!). I’m in Auckland again this week, so I came back to lighten my hair some more and fix my fringe. It’s amazing, I love it! And everyone is extremely nice and caring, in a nice relaxing setting. Perfection!

   Very disappointed with my recent visit here. I quite clearly showed pictures of how I normally have my hair and the consultant, Kimmy, went inches way too short than I wanted. I told her it was too short by the time it was too late and was made to feel like it was my fault. Really not worth the money when I've had to come home and re-cut myself. Really disappointed as I'd read so many other good reviews. EDIT: I was contacted by the owners and asked to come back in. Albert saw to me this time and did an amazing job in correcting the previous work. Will definitely be coming back.
