Merge is an essential cafe for some of Tamaki Makaurau's homeless community. It is an amazing place bringing ahurutanga & kaitiakitanga to those in need. It also is a place of aroha & dignity providing hearty meals & kindness to this community. Manu & his staff are a welcome sight from 7am till 2pm weekdays and Haven in the weekends at the same venue from 9am providing a sanctuary to those in need with a hot meal & drink and welcome banter...
Get some kai and helping others at the same time. And I won’t lie that getting a meal for $5 in 2024 is a big draw card. There’s also some lovely cabinet food as well.
This beautiful space and cafe has been there for my son and I when we have been struggling whilst I dealt with life threatening health issues. I will forever be grateful for the staff and cafe for being there for us. God bless this place. The food is wholesome and delicious xx

A high level tasty food at a very affordable value of $4.00. Today’s meal is spaghetti meatballs. I just want to dive in to my meal and enjoy the quality of their food. If you want great affordable deal come here to Lifewise Merge Cafe. You I’ll not regret your visit and your meal at all. I recommend it for you for sure.
