"LOUD NOISE FROM THE NEXT HOTEL'S CLUB WARNING." View on the higher floor is stunning, however; I wish it was not next to a hotel with a club on the high floor. The loud music is so annoying. You won't hear the sound if you on the ground but up here will be killing you. I am writing this review as today the music is louder than ever. Unbearable.
Great location nearby skytower and good sea view, just suggest could building manager turn off the lights in the hallway at night pls? curtains are useless at night, and curious even the lights on during the day, wasted electricity. And inside the room the overhead fire protection facilities always make current buzz which is annoying at night, not sure it happens in my room only? Also when it comes to weekend, the RYDGES hotel party room is just opposite the balcony of this building, it is really loud until mid-night. Except that, everything is great.
A good quality building, well maintained, generally good and peaceful tenants. Dead central and good value for money. Best for couples or two people as the living space is not spacious. This is a private accomodation building so the building manager will not deal with any issues if you are an AirBNB client. That is not his job.
Its not a hotel or restaurant thing, its a general public renting. So rooms are fair enough, depends on the owner who is letting the apartment unit.
Waking distance to the harbour, nice view, well maintained and hosting couple very nice!
Building manger has no responsibility, unbelievably rude, and is such a disgrace. Gave no notice when ‘stopping’ the elevator for days- when asked, his reply was very rude and demeaning telling us to ‘read’ properly. Talked as if it was none of his concern and sounded so entitled because he’s the ‘building manager’ and he stands in a position to ‘do whatever’. Would never recommend this building to anyone. Previously elevator was out of service for 2 months- there’s elderlies and parents with babies in this apartment- just the worst.
