   Ordered large fries, looked like half the bowl was missing. Most of the tables needed clearing and wiping down, no water in urn, clean glasses or tomato sauce. Guy behind counter serving customers seemed as if he was totally over his job, taking our order like it was an inconvenience. This could’ve been because we came in on a public holiday (2nd Jan) and they were lacking staff, but won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

   Me and my mother came in today and ordered 2 coffees and they tasted too watery. We told staff and they immediately apologised and made us new coffees which was much better and gave us a free coffee card for next time. Their customer service was excellent. I just would like to thank Babita who helped make things better.

   Had an awesome experience at Columbus Coffee in New Lynn! The service was fantastic — super friendly and welcoming. I was especially impressed with their vegetarian options. I tried one of the dishes and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and really satisfying. Highly recommend if you're looking for great food and good vibes in the area!

   I had a very very very terrible experience of customer service here. I understood it is a bit late to order some foods around 3:30pm. So I just ordered a cup of coffee for takeaway. I waited for 2-3 minutes in front of counter ( no customers) and the man showed me an anger face. I thinked that’s ok I just want a coffee. Then he “throw ed” the coffee on the table, say nothing, and keeped on his tidy jobs. So cool! It is the first and last time i will be there!

   I can't say enough nice comments about my visit to Columbus inside Manukau Mitre 10. The coffee was brewed to perfection. Thanks to their barista. The food was prepared beautifully and served in quick time. The staff even took the time to say thanks as we left.

   Food is good, service is terrible. - The girl who served us was great, the rest were a let down. Was good at first but then they "forgot" two orders. 5 of us had finished our meals, they brought out one of the meals they'd "forgotten". We had to ask again about the second meal. So after 6 of us had finished our meals, they brought out the 7th. And then it was still wrong and brought out the wrong meal. Please train your staff, perhaps check up on tables too. Work on your communication please between each other. Two very late orders and one wrong order after the 5 of us had already finished. The manager apologized several times, offered 3 free coffees to compensate. Unfortunately it's not enough to make us want to come back.

   Cant go wrong to be honest. Tasty breakfast and the coffee was made well. Staff were friendly and water was easily available for self serve with clean cups. Eating areas were plentiful and well kept. A solid and safe place for a bite.
