This place is such an amazing cafe. The food is delicious and the staff are an exception to none. They are always so accommodating and provide the best customer service. Definitely recommend this place if you are a local or in the area.
Well I don’t leave reviews, but twice in a few weeks now … I just needed to. Not really hungry we were looking for a bit of a snack to tide us over for a trip back north. The other places we walked into were either closing, or full on meals and full lunch menu prices. I have just eaten the best chicken and leek pie- ever! The shocks and mushroom filo was an ordering mistake, as we had ordered a pie. My wife fell in love with it! The coffee was very hot, the tea served in a dainty traditional tea cup. The chips… just cooked perfectly. All served with side salads and a complimentary cinnamon scroll for the order mix up…. Not something we would order but OMG I will be back just for that alone! Best little cafe we have been in for a long time. Simple food do every very well! Awesome service with a smile. Well done you guys!

We have been here twice and we highly recommend it. We’re picky with coffee and they make a very good one. The food is amazing: they make very good cakes and cones, as well as the pies (we recommend the chicken and mushroom one). The service is AMAZING and now is our place to have a brunch on Mondays after a long weekend working in hospo!
I have had brunch at the Wardroom for several years roughly once a week. It is the only cafe in Auckland whose quality is consistently good. I usually have eggs benedict or sometimes something out of the cabinet, it doesn't matter because the food is great. The staff are excellent.
My favourite Coffee shop in Auckland. Honestly they are just amazing. Their food is superb, the staff are so lovely, I have been coming here every week because I work close by and its my go to place for amazing coffee and the BEST Eggs Benedict ever (thanks to their own homemade Hollandaise sauce). Their other offerings are also fantastic and it is truly good value for money. I will continue coming here because I feel valued as a customer here too.
Located very next to Lynn mall. What an amazing food and service. Hole and soul run by ladies. Lovely food with lots of options in both cabinets and a la-carte. Food presentation, quality and quality are perfect. Service is very quick. Coffee was very perfect as it should be. Friendly staff. Loved their seating (outdoor and indoor)
Coffee beautiful, the staff so friendly, and the Christmas mince pies… so good just like my grandmas!
