    Pretty building but not so organised. I went to Nusantara and had no idea I needed to register for food so I was hungey the whole time.

    Don't let them tell you to apply for the 60days tourist visa if you only have a temporary passport. It's a scam from the consumers perspective. They'll tell you it takes 5 working days but change their mind and say it takes weeks once you applied. Even got the new passport for that exact reason, lost a lot of money, time, energy and my partner who is over there waiting for me to arrive for over two weeks now and probably longer. Visa specialist at the embassy was not helpful at all.

    Very INCOMPETENCE!! Tried to ring the embassy many many many times for the last THREE weeks and the voicemail said "the number you have called is NOT currently ACTIVE". How come?Got the number from official website! I ham trying to do my child affidavit before he is turning 18 which will be SOON.AND if I can't do it because NOBODY bother to answer the phone,it is not my fault.

    The staff,Fernanda, is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The appointment system is easy to follow, however, not enough slot, esp with heaps ppl comes from Auckland, the Embassy should strongly consider opening office in Auckland
