Such an awesome team! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The dentist explained everything clearly, talked me through each step, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Honestly, they were amazing.
Samson is the best !! I had booked an extended appt as I had alot of work to be done. Samson spent 1/2 hour explaining all my options first, then a plan was made as what would be done. I had 2 teeth removed and filling and a clean, I am very happy with the work that was done. I have to go back for another filling next week. I am so happy I went to Smile Dental in Avondale:) Definitely recommend Avondale Dental:)
Dr Samson Looi and Nurse Connie are great. Professional, confident and informative and relaxed despite heat and multiple queries from all angles. I absolutely recommend their service. First time I've had a dentist tell it straight and outline a plan of care and follow through with haste and professionalism like this. Ka Rawe!
I had an excellent experience with Dr Samson Looi. Very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without being pushy. It’s honestly the best dental experience I’ve had so far. The only small downside was that the receptionist/nurse came across a bit rude, and I had trouble understanding her. Other than that, I’d highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality dental care.
I always have a 10/10 experience at the Avondale branch! The staff are amazing and super informative; especially Dr Samson Looi! ( Hope I've got the name right) I just recently had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and a general clean and over the three times I went in I had the best experience. Definitely would recommend and 100% will be going back.

The Avondale branch has a very friendly front desk service and can speak Chinese. My family and friends all choose to treat their teeth here. Samson is a very professional dentist. He will give some good suggestions and give them five-star praise!
I booked online and easy to follow instructions and good communication. There is parking available When you walk in the doorway The dental clinic is first door on the right. If you are a new patient go in early to fill out the paperwork. My examination was conducted with ease and no complications and ended up with an extraction with no pain during the process. I was very satisfied with my dental treatment. They accept afterpay as a payment.
Dentist was fantastic. Great inter-personal skills. Not at all pushy. I’ve been going there for 5 years now and the service has always been exemplary. Even if I moved across town I’d still make the trip back to Avondale Smile. The Dentist is excellent. 3/11/2022. Went back to see Dr. Samson for some semi-urgent remedial work. He was great. Clear and informative advice made for an easy decision. He really is the best dentist I’ve used and I’ll stay with him as long as I can. Highly recommend Avondale Smile.
