On all the trips the Outdure offices I was very impressed by the culture and attitude of the staff. I am always keen to point out good service, as people are always quick to report bad. Few points that stood out:- 1) I was always acknowledged and offered help 2) Offered coffee several times, if there was any delay 3) My request for an urgent part was agreed even when my contact had not arrived 4) The warehouse staff were always helpful and friendly 5) I was even given help carrying stuff in by a member of staff that just happened to be in the car park
To the Outdure team, the BBQ was a very nice surprise and I thank you. It offers me the opportunity to say that I admire your continued development of new products (with a clear focus on quality and design).
