I would definitely not recommend Idry! Please avoid them if you can. They put in 4 heat fans and 2 dehumidifiers for a very small area of wet carpet. This was after I said yes I have insurance for the house where I was asked repeatedly if I had house insurance. It cost $1660 in total for the call outs, and the 6 machines. One of the machines had tripped on a plug that was known to trip. I had to rectify that one of the machines wasn’t even on the next morning because of it tripping. I asked whether I could turn off the fan blowers overnight as they were extremely loud, they said it’s at your own risk whether the carpets will dry in time. Then when the tech came on the 3rd day, he said the carpet was still wet and needed to leaver the fan blowers for another day even though the tech who came on the 2nd day had in his report the carpet was dry. Then the tech said he used the wrong calibration on his machine to measure the moisture and said it was dry..
My rollar blinds had a lot of mold on them, which I tried to remove myself unsuccessfully. I called the place I bought them from & they recommended pro-cleaning, which worked out to be about 1/3 of the original cost. I was concerned they would not be able to remove the mold, however they are now like brand new!! I received a quote back within 1 day via their text service (which is excellent) & then an invoice slightly higher as I got the measurements slightly wrong. They were cleaned within 3 days as indicated. Overall, very happy with the result.
