Went here for breakfast today. The service was amazing. The coffee was the best I’ve had in Auckland and each of our different meals were all delicious and served in reasonable timing. Found this by accident and so glad we did. Very happy

Overall, a fine place to visit for brunch! We came here as a group of 2 on a Saturday morning, and we got a salmon bagel and a Thai chicken salad, as well as a vanilla latte and a lime milkshake. The salmon bagel was lovely, nice flavours on the salmon. The Thai chicken salad was a little too saucy for my liking (despite it being good sauce), perhaps this could be improved by offering the sauce (or extra) on the side. But the salad had lots of fun textures, especially the crunchy noodles and the fresh greens. It was a nice experience overall, but the service was a little inconsistent. The staff were friendly, but the food and drinks all came out at different times, which always leaves someone either eating first or awkwardly waiting. We checked with the staff, and they were happy to check it for us regardless, but I think this could be improved.
Portion size for days, love it, Service was very welcoming, could tell they are very people focused. Cant wait to go back
Excellent cafe with friendly staff. Food is high quality and portion size is very generous. Big breakfast is the largest iv seen, and the Eggs Benedict is possibly the best in Auckland. If you’re after something sweet the French toast or pancakes is superb. All and all a great place for breakfast. Family friendly with ample seating for both small and larger groups.
The food was nice but the service... Oh man. Our glasses of water were served half empty and we weren't given a bottle for the table. We weren't given any napkins. The food took 30 minutes to come and then one dish was missing. So we had to wait another 15. Hot chocolates should be called Mild chocolates.
The food and coffee are excellent. The flavor and the potion of the food we ordered are very good. Suggestions for improvements are below: 1. The seats are uncomfortable, need to be upgraded. 2. The windows of the café are not clean, as well as the glass cup. Need more works. 3. The two staff were talking loudly in another language rather than English. Very ignoring customers. When the staff taking the order, he didn't listen to the customer patiently, rushed to order for the customer. I know he may just be kind but really not a professional service way. Definitely lots of room could be improved in front service. Anyway overall food and coffee and fine. Happy to back to see any improvements there.
Big breakfast was yummy. I got the "small" big breakfast and son got the "large". Could have had some butter for the toast, otherwise very good. Coffee was on as well.
Don’t come here. There were about 20+ of us here, and we obviously booked ahead of time so they knew we were coming. The person serving us was very hostile, they didn’t have a system in place for the orders so they got frazzled and took it on us. They slammed our foods on the table and got frustrated when we said we didn’t order that food. So safe to say the service was very bad. I understand that you can get overwhelmed with lots orders and customers but there is no reason to give attitude towards PAYING customers. Yelling and talking back to customers is just not it! Not only was the service horrible, the food was also not worth the price. I ordered the SSS which I was very excited about, but I received watery eggs and soggy toast! I’ve had better breakfast at the SAME price range that was WAY better quality and service. My partner and brother ordered the big breakfast was very average, and quality was definitely not worth the price. The one star was for the mocha my boyfriend ordered, that was the only thing good about our breakfast.
