   I don't understand how a place like this operates when there is so much competition. Service was atrocious, the two ladies working just chatting away to each other. I asked for a scone and was told to pick one out myself, mind you this is a cold ice scone that is like a brick, apparently I'm supposed to carry an oven with me. The staff didn't feel welcoming and I honestly just wanted to get my coffee and get out of there. For such great service around Wellington, this was the worst experience from any business in Wellington. Very disappointing.

   As the saying goes you get what you pay for! Coffee is good but the attitude of the staff is little to be desired. Staff working on Wednesday morning seemed uninterested, bored and you can clearly see on their face they’d rather be somewhere else.

   I was like so disappointed with the staff when I ordered 3 take away hot chocolates, do the staff know what Health and Safety is all about especially when it comes to making hot drinks cos they shouldn’t expect a customer to put the lids on them self that’s a NO NO! The customers can burn themself and the staff can be held accountable for it..The staff should be doing there job properly not being lazy.. Thank you

   Great coffee and yummy treats. Friendly staff. Toilets and wifi available as well. 5 tables plus long chair seatings. Good place to catch up with friends or work on your laptop :)
