First time in Auckland in Feb 2024, was excited to try a plant based venue but was deeply disappointed in the quality of the food, the burgers were very sloppy and I paid additional for extra ingredients that were not included. Also only recieved 5 out of the 6 nuggets. Tried to contact the store several times and didn't answer their phones. Very costly and disappointing experience.

So good! I can't believe I waited too try this place. I don't eat beef so I was surprised to find everything was vegan. I tried the original with thick fries and immediately thought they should change the name a bit because the burger was the best part - better than the fries. Anyway it was super delicious and the staff was super friendly, helpful, and chill. I recommend.

The fries here are really good, personally recommend the chunky or classic - I have these all the time. Burgers are delicious too and come with vegan cheese. If you havenโt been back in a while you will notice that the burgers are much bigger now. Which is a bonus!

Delicious chips, mac and cheese balls, and spicy buffalo sauce. I loved it. Although the service was very slow, the guy who took my order and the one who packed it were very nice. So for that, I'll give them a 5.

I used to love having lord of the fries at the k rd store but as of late, my last 2 meals here have been unpleasant and low in quality. There are new staff so I donโt know if this has anything to do with it but the chips werenโt seasoned and the donuts too were really oily. They havenโt been drained of the oil long enough. The old chickn pattieโs were so much better in taste and texture than the chickn patties now too. The hot dog I ordered was cold to eat. I wonโt be eating here again

Mushroom toastie is pretty decent actually. I recommend it, and you canโt tell the cheese isnโt real cheese. Tbh I walked in here and ordered before realIzing itโs vegan, so I accidentally gave them a chance to prove themselves. Not disappointing, who knew that bread loaded with butter and fried mushroom doesnโt taste bad ;) Iโd be hesitant to call it health food

Absolutely atrocious! I'm not one to be picky, and usually eat whatever I'm given, especially when starving without complaint. However, this was so horrifyingly bad that I just had to leave this review - mostly to rant. This was one of the few times that I've had to throw away food I've ordered because I simply could not ingest anymore of that abomination. The buffalo chickn' sauce was beyond rancid. It felt like I was eating chickn' slathered in acid. You could taste nothing at all. Not the chickn', not the sauce, only acidity that coated your mouth, leaving a horrific sting-like aftertaste. Whoever approved for the sauce to be used and sold must have had no taste buds at all - or they just mixed whatever in and didn't care (don't get any of that, especially if you've got a sensitive digestive system like me. I got so bloated and my acid reflux acted up again after having only a little bit of that chickn'). My friend got hot chips and chickn' nuggets, which were alright but the portion size for both orders were small for the $11 we each paid. You'd be better off getting chips from your local takeaway store or food from the convenience store; or simply starve yourself. Overall, this place gives vegan and vegetarian food a bad name. Disgusting sauce, bland and dry chickn', small portions, over-priced and a complete ripoff. 100% will never get food from here again.

The idea of a vegan place that can satisfy fast food cravings is great, but the food here is just not good. The patties are bad, the quality you might have expected ten years ago. So many better options these days and lord of the fries hasn't kept up. The fries were terrible, soft and undercooked, no salt or anything. The vegan cheese is also not good, I would recommend leaving it off whatever you order, very strange plasticky taste. There are so many places nearby doing delicious vegan food, for cheaper, I really can't think of time/context where I would recommend this place.

As a vegetarian I love the idea of it but I just think itโs over priced for what it is. Much better value for money across the road at the Asian food court. I wish this wasnโt the case as this style of food is so hard to come by for us vegetarians and it would make a nice change.
