An excellent experience from start to finish. Nothing was ever a problem, and I felt listened to throughout. I travelled a bit of distance to have my car done at Caprice, and it was well worth it. The car has been fully restored and sanitised, and the musty smell from when I bought it second-hand is now gone. Thank you.
These guys go the extra mile too do the best job possible, They took the time to understand what i wanted out of there services. Great communication and they have a real passion for making cars look immaculate! I would highly recommend using these guys if you are looking at restoring your car to a pristine condition! Absolute stand out! I’ve had a few cars cut/polished and ceramic coating done here. Hands down best service and attention to detail. Fair prices and goes the extra mile. I wouldn’t bother looking elsewhere
Be very careful using this crowd. Took my ranger in for a detail, it came out looking like back yard bob done the cleaning job. Didn’t even put the windows down to clean the top of the windows. Whatever dodgy cleaning product was used, done $770 damage to my signage, and just to top the damage off, they broke my drivers side weather shield that blew off on the motorway 5mins after picking up Ute. Over $950 worth of damage, but they did offer a free clean when I told them. Expectedly, when we took the Ute back for the free clean, was told after dropping Ute off that all Raj would do is a 270 budget clean. Caprice valet, half arsed cleaning job that could cost you even more in repairs.
Took my car to Wairau Road Caprice Car Valet to be cleaned and dried out since rainwater got in it overnight and it smelt really bad. The first treatment didn't work so I took it back and they cleaned it again and applied another treatment free of charge and the car no longer smells bad. Amazing service, highly recommend to anyone.

Got a cut and polish + 1 year seal. Looks great and Raj is great to deal with. Some minor issues with the polish on the trim and Raj was glad to call me back to sort it- clearly cares for his customers. I'll definitely go back although I imagine hes going to get busy from repeat customers

I know you guys want: a few weeks later review, and here is it. After a few weeks, my car is still on the same condition as the first day I took back my car. Now a days, it rains everyday and I could see the water slip show every time. It makes my car just different than those same 13 years old gti. The colour became richer, reflection even stronger. Feel like having new car everyday. I had a cut&polish and ceramic coating.
