   I don’t often leave reviews, but I had such a great experience I thought it would be worthwhile! I called them up with a query and the gentleman on the other side spoke very kindly and professionally. When I went in to communicate what I was after, they were right on to it, very polite, and communicated clearly. When I went back in to collect my jewellery, they did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the result. On top of that the price was very affordable, so overall a really great experience. Will definitely be back, and would highly recommend. Thank you for the great job :)

   Such an honest jeweler, did a minor repair on my ring without charging me and referred me to another jeweler that could repair my damaged claws without having to remove my Saphire. Thank you for your honesty and recommendation Wayne, rest assured I will be back should I need any other repairs.

   I tried to resize my beloved ring by myself, but clumsily ended up deforming it. So today I came to have it reshaped and resized. After some consideration, I decided to go for reshaping only. To my surprise, the shop owner restored my ring in less than a minute. When I offered to pay, he simply said “For What?” — Such generosity truly moved me, and I just have to say: thank you so much.

   I've visited the shop last year to ask about having my grandmothers heirloom ring looked at and cleaned. Wayne has polished the ring free of charge and given me estimate prices for and engagement rings. Few months later I've decided to get engagement ring made. Wayne has been there since the beginning and has made every stage a joyful process. His knowledge is what made every decision a breeze and in the end produced a really wonderful piece. Luckily he had two perfect sapphires left in his shop and he was able to find the best diamond to go along with them to fulfil the design idea which my partner was hinting of. In the end the ring turned out absolutely stunning and Wayne even offered to resize it to fit perfectly and that's after the knee bending :) Thank you Wayne for the wonderful experience! From my now fiancé: My fiancé proposed to me September and the engagement ring look absolutely breathtaking. I always wanted a princess cut diamond with sapphires on the side, and the ring was perfectly done by Wayne is like dream come true. I've been wearing in everyday since and consistently getting distracted by the perfect ring, thank you so much for your knowledge and effort on it and made our experience amazing!

   Resized my engagement ring bought from the UK. Excellent service from beginning to end. Honest appraisal of my diamond ring. When I first entered he identified quickly the minor repair needed and resizing. If you want to use his service, then I cannot recommend enough. Honest, reliable and accurate. I went based on reviews and was definitely not disappointed. If you want to get your finger sized for free, to buy a ring online or abroad, don't bother or at least offer to pay for his expertise. Do not leave a bad review because an experienced craftsman won't give his services for free (would you?)

   I can never thank Wayne enough for his stellar service and outstanding craftsmanship. We came in for an engagement ring not really knowing what we were looking for, and Wayne was extremely knowledgeable and took us through every step of the process. We ended up designing the most beautiful platinum ring with a pear-shaped sapphire and two pear-shaped diamonds.
