   Bought a necklace off Kashti, she was awesome and really accomodating. Had come from previous stores in the mall where they were super pushy but she was so chill and nice!!!☺️

   Among the worst stores you can find anywhere. Took my brand new Tissot PRX to get a link removed. None of the staff are trained on how to handle a watch and completely scratched the caseback and and damaged the links by hammering it. The store manager, Ash, was kind enough to order replacement links. However, when the links arrived, Marlei Aitken (one of the staff) asked me to pay for the courier cost of ordering the links, which I refused as it wasn't mentioned prior to ordering them. I was yelled at and humiliated by Marlei and was asked to take the links and leave. Don't bother interacting with her, doesn't have basic decency or manners. I was being blamed for causing them issues by bringing my watch in, which they willingly accepted to resize for me. I even bought a different PRX from them, and was given this horrible treatment. I was told by Marlei that I should be grateful that they are doing me a favour by ordering the links they damaged in the first place. Ruby (one of the other staff) was also extremely rude and refused to let me back into the store after collecting the links. She was also the one to have damaged them in the first place and inserted the links in the wrong order. If you value your watch or your dignity, do not bother spending your time or your money in the store, especially if Marlei is the one attending to you. Won't be returning.

   Very professional and friendly service. Ashima especially, went above and beyond for us. Extremely dedicated, with excellent communication skills, we were very pleased to have met her and the team. Been a customer of Stewart Dawsons for over 10 years and never have I met someone as kind, welcoming and natural as Ashima. She asked me one or two questions regarding the item I'm searching for and from there Ashima pulled out so many options on top of her head. She was ever so pleasant and patient with me despite me going back and forth with my decisions. I cannt praise and thank her enough for the wonderful support she gave me !! No stars could define how amazing she is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Customer service was excellent. I think there was a young gentleman named Quinn who was very polite and very helpful. I personally think he deserves a raise. Overall the store is quite nice too, very good selecion of Jewlery!

   So guttered! Went to pick up a ring I got resized that was ready to be collected. Hours for the mall and Stewart Dawson online are 6pm. I travelled a far distance to pick this up and arrived at 5.30pm and they were closed early! 2 team members inside were super unhelpful. I mentioned I wasn’t buying I was just picking this up and they would not open the door after constant asking. I now have to travel another day a long distance to collect this again. Would not recommend this place at all! Terrible customer service

   Very friendly customer service people in this place esp Maggie who attended to me. Bright cheerful way of welcoming a customer. They let you enjoy your experience whilst you look at the stuff they have in their store. Not the sort of into-your-face approach and hurrying you up to say what you want. I enjoyed being there and got what I want feeling satisfied after the purchase.

   The staff I saw today was the most efficient and caring person I have ever met. She has a knowledge of the quality and care mostly of what I presented her. Individual Green pearls and transform it into earings. She went out of her way even to fix my black pearl pendant with gold chain. Highly recommended. Have a great weekend and safe travels up north.
