Great stock of meds and staff knowledge on medications are great. Not easy being a pharmacist answering patients inquiries on the phone all day. Thank you for being amazing after dealing with difficult patients on the phone. Hope the pharmacists mental wellbeing is being taken care of by the company.
The pharmacist in charge, Amir is fantastic. Has great customer service as well as great clinical knowledge. He was been able to pick up on interactions that other pharmacists missed, really happy with his service :)
This is my nearest pharmacy and I've used it several times, the obvious advantages are it's convenient if you need to go to the supermarket and they waive $5 off the cost of prescriptions. Problem is frustrating service and organisation which waste your time - for instance, they fill your scrip and then can't find where they've put the medicine; or they take the scrip, tell you to come back in 15 minutes, so you wait around and only then you discover they don't have the medicine (even though your phone number is on the scrip).
Mostly good service, the sms when script is ready is handy. A few of the assistants could be a bit more professional/discreet, but the pharmacists are good. Zero privacy because, you know, it’s in the middle of a supermarket. Free prescriptions and late opening hours.

This is my go-to pharmacy and I'm really happy with it overall. It's fast, affordable, and super convenient. Free scripts are a massive positive, the pharmacists inform you on the wait time so you can squeeze in a quick shop on the side too. During lockdown, they allowed me to pick up medicine from the front of the store (no queues) and are fine with others collecting your script if you call first. I've never had an issue with having scripts directly faxed or bringing them in myself. The manager there (I think his name is Tom) works hard to make picking up scripts as painless as possible, he's friendly and fast. I'm not exactly a pharmacy connoisseur but I like this one a lot.
