Extremely disappointing service from Prascos. I bought a watch in October from the Invercargill store. Within 2 months, the chain came off. This happened again after it was βrepaired.β At Prascos Westfield St Lukes, staff refused to help and told me to come back after Christmas. I returned as instructed, yet they still refused to fix it. This is unacceptable after-sales service and shows complete disregard for customers. I feel disrespected and will not recommend Prascos to anyone.

Tonight at Pascoes St Luke's my Husband and I were looking at the Jewelry a young girl all dressed in black from head to toe was quite sharp with us she kept asking us when we're looking anyway she came up to us a third time and said are we ready to buy something My Darling Husband was wanting to know if I wanted something so we chose a lovely necklace it was Gold but we weren't allowed to touch one of them unless we had ID we were more or less pushed into buying this necklace which was extremely expensive but my Dear Husband is very generous anyway all my Husband was asking was how much and could we please compare it to one I had but it was 10 times cheaper it was gold too. I felt like I was bombarded into accepting this expensive necklace not allowed to really take time to consider it. I just wanted the floor to open up and swallow me because of the very pushy rude assistant. My Husband and I nearly walked out because of this assistant. We have bought the necklace but we certainly didn't like the extremely pushy assistant

Customer service was terrible! We went there waiting to be served while there were two girls doing nothing, we were waiting for 10mins and another older lady walks in and they serve her immediately. I went to a girl who was just standing there to ask if she could show us something and she said sheβs finishing her shift. 5 mins later that same girl goes and helps another lady to show her some necklaces. Very rude! Do not go to this Pascoes

Had a great experience here. Reemal, and the other associates spent over half an hour trying to find a specific watch with vibrating alarm and helping me to test the settings. They were very patient and answered all my questions.

I visited Pascoβs recently and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The lady who served me seemed unhappy to be there from the moment I walked in, and her attitude made the whole interaction really uncomfortable. She was unhelpful when I asked for assistance β she couldnβt even help me put my watch on β and the way she spoke and looked at me felt low-key judgemental. Instead of feeling welcomed, I left feeling awkward and frustrated. Definitely not the level of customer service I expected. I didnβt quite catch her name. However, there was also another lady who was super helpful and she made the process of choosing a gift for someone easygoing.

Loved our experience shopping here,, however a bit behind with store merchandising. Had a great a service from the lady with hijab, but her managerβ¦ This Keryn hairstyle looking person, treats her staff with no manners. Throwing stuff and looks at you dead in the eye, as if youβre about to steel stuff!! Get a new manager, sheβs not the right fit

I have requested them to repair my watch but after 3 attempt my watch still running slow and they are giving stupid reason that there is environmental issue. Still my watch is setting with them and following up from last 5 to 6 months. I can not understand this logic at all, and after insisting them somehow they kept and agreed to sent twice to GUESS head office australia and again they didn't find any problem. I have really gone through lots of hassles and inconvenience dealing with these people. When I was buy new stuff then staff behaviour was very friendly and professional but when I went to return then service has changed 360 degree angle. I have really bad experience with Passcode and I will not recommend to anyone in my circle.

I had a good experience with this store. They allowed me to return a ring which had lost a stone and replaced it with a brand new one (after I showed my bank transaction). That is pretty standard but it had been months since I bought it from that same store and didn't have the original receipt. I found them to have good products and very pleasant staff.
