   the pharmacy was really nice and their team. they took time to look after all the people and the peeple with special care. they also sold really nice supplements at really good prices. friendly people and care. it was busy when i went but do to level 3, only a few were allowed in at a time for safety of virus.

   I’m not good with needles and I went here to get my covid vaccine. The staff were amazing from the lovely girl at the front desk to the man who gave me my injection. They were so sweet and kind. Thank you again, for making my bad day a good one. :)

   Beware of the hidden costs at this pharmacy. My partner and I booked in to have a whooping cough vaccination each (as I'm pregnant and we have a 10 month old too). The pharmacist suggested it when I collected a prescription and I obliged. He not once mentioned that the vaccination would be $70 for my partner. Too make matters worse, the first time we booked in, they apparently didn't received the vaccine and didn't advise us, so we came all the way into town for no reason. I missed the start of my shift twice! You could have called, you had my number. Very unprofessional. There are also hidden costs with medications. This pharmacy over charge by a lot. Avoid and go to one of the pharmacy's on K Road - which are reasonably priced and deliver good service.

   Just a heads up for any new parents out there or anyone looking to get their vaccines done here. My partner has been trying to organise a vaccine for whooping for herself and was told that it was free and to also get her partner vaccinated (myself). They did not disclose that there was a cost of $70 for me at the time of booking so we thought it was free. First time we showed up for the booking, we were told the vaccine had not arrived and to come back another time. A courtesy phone call would have been nice. Today we have come for the reschedule and my partner got hers done but was told on the day it would cost $70 for myself. This wasn’t mentioned previously so we weren’t prepared to pay and I missed out and told us that they’ve just wasted a vaccine. As someone who also places special orders for customers, your staff should also know that costs need to be disclosed to the customer/patient before orders go out, as to not waste OUR time and your money. It was unprofessional that your staff tried to turn it on us and was pretty upsetting considering we were told at one point that the shot was free, turned away the first booking without notice and then got surprised with a fee the last time.

   The pharmacist was very helpful and professional with a good customer service. But for the cost, it was too expensive as I was shocked when I paid the prescription + consultation for $95. More than the price of GP :(

   Second time they’ve shut without letting me know that I won’t be able to get my meds. 1st was for a week over the new year period. Surely they would give extra medication to repeat patients if they knew they weren’t going to be open for a week..... this is now the 2nd time I’ve had to pay an emergency fee to get repeat medication cos they’re sunddenly no longer open on Saturdays now?! My medication requires me to take them daily and I can’t stop or else I get nauseous, sweats etc

   Shop staff were busy with a small queue of orders, but immediately acknowledged me, took my order and started preparing it. I paid for it while it was being made, and was soon out-the-door again. Friendly and attentive staff with an efficient service. Will definitely shop there again, cheers :-)
