I'm very happy with my visit to PlaceMakers. The site is organised and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The staff are helpful and gave me all the information I needed. Thank you for such a professional, well-structured business.
Had a mishap where I needed a pair of bolt cutters to get into a case. These guys not only helped me but also let us borrow a pair for free so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday in peace. Great work and customer service.
Handy Hardware store in the city. Stopped past a few times for some DIY equipment. Sue was a great help with my paint requirements. Team is very helpful and knowledgeable. Would have given 5 stars but the stock available in-store was lacking had to go elsewhere for many items.
Wasted my time, picked up order on behalf of my Dad. There were two invoices, guy only checked one, gave us one item. We asked where the second one was he said he had no idea, didn't bother checking anything said it wasn't there. We called up later after confirming we had paid for the second item and it was ready for pick up, women who answered the phone also had no idea. Said text reference was useless wasn't helpful. We had to drive to store again to talk to a competent employee behind the counter. Lovely guy with ginger hair, more useful than the actual men in the warehouse, found our item and gave it to us. Please train your warehouse staff to actually look properly and read invoices and not waste our time when we come to pickup. They also don't accept credit cards apparently.
There's an older staff member with impeccably manners and a friendly disposition. He's tall and helpful.
This PlaceMakers might be small, but it makes up for in location! Right in the CBD! Certified Milwaukee dealers.
I was there today . Both the assistant were very helpful, Brian was knowledgeable and did more than required to help with advice and product. Great to get good service . I will go back there again
