Yesterday I had my 2nd visit to Marcelo & Co Hair Design for a Keratin Nano Plasty hair treatment. The first time time was with Danny and the 2nd visit was booked with Marcelo. I travel 1 hour to see them as their customer service, knowledge and expertise are like nothing I have ever experienced before. You instantly feel a warm welcome and feel comfortable and relaxed within minutes. These two are legends in their fields and I hope they know their true worth. After trying many salons before, I now only go to Marcelo & Co Hair Design. The staff are friendly, warm and co-operative. They work towards excellence in all areas of their profession. My hair was dry , brittle, dull and wild. Now it is soft, easy to shape and style. Danni is a genius at creating wonderful colours for my hair. I know I can depend on walking out of this salon feeling and looking my best.
First time coming to this hairdresser through the recommendation of google. And what a fantastic team, not only are they customer focused, they listen and suggest what’s best for your hair. Their cutting skills, colour skills are exceptional. I walked out with a refreshed youthful look and was even walked to my car with an umbrella in the rain so my hair would not get soiled. Tanya at Marcelo and Co is my stylist and she always give me a great haircut after listening to what I want. I have thick wavy hair and she cuts expertly. I’m very happy with my cut this week as we have gone for a new look which I love. This is my first visit to Marcelo and Co and I love the quiet restful ambience of the salon and was welcomed by Danny and shown the car park. I met Marcel and both owners are welcoming and friendly. Would recommend the salon and the three professionals to anyone looking for a totally positive hair styling experience.
I followed Tanya to Marcelo & Co and had another first class cut and colour. Tanya is so good at knowing what suits you when you aren’t sure yourself. And the salon is the best! It has parking, genuinely friendly and welcoming staff, cool music and the most comfortable chair at the basin I’ve ever sat in!! Have had lots of comments about my hair today about how great the colour looks - so thank you to Tanya and the wonderful team at Marcelo & Co.
