   They’ve misplaced my packet, and Jo was extremely rude—she’s not even making an effort to help me find it. I’d strongly advise against handing over your NZ Post parcel to them or trusting their service.

   I had gone to all the big chemist , like chemist warehouse and bargain chemist for something for sweat rash, I got sold creams that didn't work, so I was in titirangi and decided to visit the chemist as I was in total despair, the lovely lady there knew exactly want I wanted, within a week my life was back to normal and was so on the way to total cure of this problem. I can't recommend this pharmacy highly enough, great old fashion service and care, and unlike those big places, they really know there products, many thanks

   Can’t recommend this pro outfit enough. Very grateful to Emma and the team who literally saved my life on 9 January. I was having an anaphylactic reaction to a bee sting and they went above and beyond, doing exactly the right thing medically as well as making me feel safe and comfortable. Hospital doctors praised their response. And it’s a lovely place to pop in for every day OTC meds and gifts because the staff are such wonderful people!

   Staff will harass you till you leave or get pressured to buy something you do not need by following you around the shop till you leave or get pressured to buy something you do not need.

   For some unfathomable reason prescriptions from a 'specialist' cost $15 per item not $5. Reason given when I queried this "That's just the way it is" Well if that's just the way it is then I, my family and other relatives will be getting $0 prescriptions from the numerous free pharmacies from now on! That's just the way it is.
