The team did an excellent job repairing a large dent in the back of my old merc a couple of months ago. Not only were they significantly cheaper than other quotes I had, they ended up charging me less than they originally quoted because I wasn't in a rush to pick up the car! Surprisingly cheap! Great customer service. And done a good job. Would’ve been 5 stars but for some oil stains left on the interior of my car and a new scuff mark that appeared whilst it was in. No biggie though. Thanks Jiten and the crew!
Amazing service and work on my van. Jiten and the team do an awesome job and at a great price. They even stayed on late to finish the job as I had to leave the following day. Couldn't recommend them any higher!
I got a car checked out here before i purchased it to make sure it was ok . And what wasn’t ok .I was going to make the seller fix whatever wasn’t ok before I bought it . Which the seller did , only minor repairs supposedly. 2 months later I had to get a new wof. Moved to Auckland and took it to mechanics shop here . They noted that there was very bad corrosion around break pipes , radiator , and rear beam . Then I took it to another mechanic to get second opinion and he noted the same thing . How cairns motors can miss all that corrosion is beyond me . Now I either got to get it all sand blasted ( if it can even be done. ) or it might have to just take it to the wreckage yard and 6000 dollars down the drain thanks to cairns motors . Please people DO NOT go to this shop
Traveling in my van, I had a stressful time when my alternator had packed up. Jiten and his team not only found the part to replace but fixed everything on the same day before my ferry crossing. He reassured every step of the way, taking the pressure off. Awesome service and a credit to him and his hard working team.
I had a really great experience with the people at Cairns motors. They were great to interact with and very accomodating to when I had a change of plans. They repaired my vehicle to excellent condition and at a very reasonable price.
