    This body corporate manager has allowed the building to fall into complete neglect after forcing us to lose $100,000s by their intentional mismanagement and stalling as they dragged out the $Ms reclad for over 14 years, of agony and torment. All the while with their avoidant behaviours, blocking us from all decisions, to silence us. Still with a new manager there is no communication for up to a year at a time, no updates, and no basic maintenance. The site shows it β€” trees are now overgrown, costing tens of thousands to fix simply because routine care was ignored as were ALL our repeated requests. Instead only the same irrational stuff of one committee member changing some panels on the fence that were fine, and upright. It’s wasteful and irresponsible. Imposter strata managers, who never been to the site, are combative when you approach them, harass and bully us in our homes, with unnotified building works 2-3 years after the entire building reclad. The bins are constantly overflowing because no one provides any guidance to residents. Food scraps end up in the recycling, nappies in the compost, and rubbish everywhere. Instead of addressing the issue, the committee and manager do nothing. What makes it worse are the double standards. Committee members are allowed to carry out works on common property without notice or approval, yet if we stand on the same common area for two minutes, we are confronted and attacked for it. One set of rules for them, another set for everyone else. Any attempt to raise concerns is shut down. We are attacked, talked down to, or threatened with legal action for simply asking for communication. The strata manager is basically absent, ghosting β€” doesn’t answer the phone, avoids emails for weeks or months, and treats owners in a way that feels intimidating and subhumane prejudice that is from a culture that is bullying to silence. Fees rise, service declines, and accountability is zero. We do not care that they think they need weekends off on Waiheke, holidays, short hours, they are not there, hold grudges, are biased and are all out for revenge. This behaviour creates a hostile environment, antisocial to neglect, which creates people chucking their garbage anywhere. Why have so many including this strata manager come in with such ill-intent to be hostile, attacking, selfish, none care, they only hog for themselves, over using resources like they think they will live forever. This has been our long-term experience, and people should know before buying into a building managed like this.

    I was recommended Jenny Choi as being a great property manager by a friend. My unit had been vacant for 6 weeks, when I made the decision to change to APM *Jenny. The change was completed quickly and effectively by Jenny. A great video showcasing my property was uploaded and within a week I have a suitable tenant who has moved in. All necessary maintenancehas been fixed organised by Jenny. I would recommend Jenny Choi if you are looking for a great property manager.

    Our property manager Lea has been amazing from the beginning of our tenancy 8 years ago til the completion of it this month! She has ensured we have our house in working order over the period of time we lived there and was always quick to fix issues that arose. We are so grateful to Lea for her awesome communication skills and always making us feel welcome as renters, that our house felt like we could make it a home.     Leanne at APM was the property manager for the house we were renting for the last three years. She was always so lovely to deal with, quick to respond with any issues we had and great at communicating anything we needed to be aware of with the house in terms of tradespeople coming through etc. We would definitely recommend her and APM to anyone looking for property management services.

    We rented a house in Epsom that was managed by Edwin. After living in our own home for 12 years we were really anxious about renting, but Edwin made us feel welcome and listened to our concerns. His communication with us was excellent and he liaised with the owner immediately even though they are not living in NZ. Any concerns were promptly addressed and we had great experience as tenants.
