Amazing service through the whole process. Had to rebook twice due to covid and other. Not an issue, prompt replies to emails. Apartment relaxing and bed amazing! Excellent shower and cooking facilities. Great to have the pool and gym. Will definitely book again and use urban butler to do it through.
Thanks so much to The Urban Butler team for organising our fabulous stay at The Pacifica and for their outstanding service from start to finish. The 34th floor, 3-bedroom apartment was absolutely amazing! It’s not often the real thing is waaaaay better than the pictures. The views were incredible, the apartment in ‘brand new’ condition with everything you could possibly need for a trip away, and the amenities were fantastic. We loved it so much that we extended our stay from 2 nights to 3! We will definitely be using The Urban Butler for our city stays from now on. Thank you again.

Stayed with Urban Butler in one of their Pacifica apartments listings for our wedding in February. The apartment was a beautiful backdrop for our getting ready photos and the team truly went over and above to make the day go smoothly for us. We didn't want to leave! This is for the Shed 20 Apt 8: spacious and functional apartment in a great location, with very easy check in and responsive management company, though I didn't have any issues that needed assistance. Pretty quiet - some occasional outside noise but closing the balcony doors greatly reduced it, and there was no noise from the neighbors at all. The fridge is quiet, and also enclosed in a wooden cabinet. Had some cleanliness issues on arrival, which Urban Butler acknowledged. (See photos - pilling carpet that needed another round of vacuuming) Other than that, the furniture and flooring were a bit older than what I expected from the excellent photos, but nothing to really complain about, and the bed was very comfortable. By the way, there's storage under the bed! I didn't notice that until a few days before leaving. The closet is small and there's stuff in it, but the bed had 4 large drawers underneath. There's also a large storage area above the closet, but it's 2 meters up and I couldn't reach it. Internet was decent (10Mbps down, 13 up) and generally stable, with a few small hiccups. The kitchen had everything I needed, including items that other properties may lack: kitchen scissors, can opener, knife block, and reusable grocery bags! All consumables were provided (trash bags, dish washing liquid, detergent, 3 rolls of toilet paper), and there was also a vacuum cleaner and ironing board. The checkin instructions were easy to follow, and Urban Butler included a helpful guide to Auckland in electronic format. Would stay again.
My daughter and I chose to stay with Urban Butler during our recent trip to Auckland. The Apartment far exceeded our expectations, in fact we wished we were staying another night just to enjoy the accommodation for longer! The step by step instructions provided by Jon meant everything was hassle free. We would definitely book again in a heart beat. Highly recommended to all.
