   The staff work so hard!! Specially when a massive truck comes in late , they get abused by customers but are always friendly even when they have no security !!!! They deserve more respect and safety from there bosses /owners of liquorland ! These beautiful humans are an asset to your store /company .. I give 10 stars to staff... 0 to management/owners .

   It's a shop that sells alcohol. It's tidy etc but I think if you need alcohol urgently that's not your prime focus.

   Just came here after 7pm today 14th March. Two men on at this time absolutely amazing couldn't asked for a better service. I was after a special in Jacob Creek Pinot Noir for two bottles they hunted for them for me. I said no worries and they said we will find it which they did. I went to get my husband a box of export they were so nice to take it to the car so I not do two trips. Thank you amazing staff.

   I don’t usually leave reviews, but the short girl with brown hair (think her name started with an E?) recommended me a new Prosecco and it’s possibly one of the best I’ve tried! Also just a lovely little lady:)

   New guy on the door is a bit rude and aggressive towards customers. Rest of staff pleasant as usual and since when are you only allowed inside if you turn your hat backwards?? Will go elsewhere from now on if the rude guy on the door is a permanent fixture. Has been my local for nearly 10 years but no more.

   Very limited selection and way over priced as per usual, West Liquor is a dead dinosaur that needs to be put down for good, the only persons that gains from this ridiculous system are the people that takes the bribes to keep the system going... there is simply no other explanation for something this overpriced badly stocked and uneducated staff to keep going... NOBODY that lives out west is happy with West Liquor... NOBODY!!! and that is a fact

   Warm greeting as soon as I entered the shop. Always a good sign in my book. Looks like most, stacked yae high. You search around in the chiller for what you want, in your mind you say, 'there you are' when you find it. Then you search for the next. Really friendly, cordial staff.
