   Feel bad writing this but the three staff here need some common sense or are just blind or stupid. Make this make sense: Came in with my wife, we are both in our late 30s and honestly look it - we haven't been ID'd in years. Today though I forgot my ID, and the three staff behind the counter declined to serve us. Understandable I guess. Wife and I drove home to grab my ID, I decided to just wait at home and make dinner while she went back. My wife returned and they still refused to serve her, because they saw us together earlier in the day when I didn't have my ID. This is absolutely bonkers. She came home and told me, we went to the Liquorland in Glen Eden together instead, and we didn't get ID'd at all, as usual. Y'all really need to think about the situation. There is no way in hell anyone would ever believe we are under 30, let alone 18. Ridiculous waste of everyone's time.

   Rude lady at the counter at NewLynn West liquor store. Hope West trust Newlynn management can take appropriate measures and provide good training. Ladies they’re having bad behaviour and worst customer service. Soo arrogant Staff . Please someone teach them some lessons. So that they should start respecting the people coming at their store.

   Whoever is the young girl in the store IDing people needs to show some initiative. Its one thing asking for ID for people but when a male in his late 30s with a full on beard is declined. Even then fine, but then not allowing his pregnant gf to buy some 0% drinks with her id is ridiculous. It was our local, not anymore.

   Great place to buy all kind of alcohol / liquor. Have nice car park and good customer service. They have chilled section too to buy some drinks chilled. No extra charge for that.
