I’ve Bering going to Eden Nails for quite a while now and I absolutely love it. The girls are super warm and friendly and I’m always stoked with how my nails turn out! I often bring my daughter in with me to get some gel polish and she always has a blast too.
Super disappointed in our gel nails! We absolutely loved them at the salon, but after my sister and I both ended up with one nail each snapping within less than a week and a half, we won’t be coming back here or recommending this nail salon to anyone else. Upon contacting the business to organise a partial refund and advising that we were now out of town and couldn’t simply pop back to have it fixed, an appropriate gesture would have been to cover the cost of having our nails fixed where we are now. Sad to see the standard of quality of nail salons in the area drop, as I am used to having gel nails with extensions last at least 3-4 weeks (even when I worked as an in home carer). Disappointing as this nail salon was recommended by a friend, we certainly won’t be back again. My other sisters $5 Kmart press-ons last longer than this manicure did.
I discovered Eden Nails & Spa by chance while waiting for a friend at the barber next door and I’m so glad I did! The salon is very clean, and the staff is friendly, accommodating, and attentive to details like nail shape and color. I’m particular about cleanliness and how my nails are done, and this place really impressed me. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thank you for the amazing service!
Terrible place! The lady aggressively yanked my hands as she rolled her eyes the entire time. Unbelievably that these type of people are in business. My cuticles were trimmed poorly and bled. Workers clearly has no manners and are uneducated on what basic customer service is. What a nightmare!
Great service and nice and clean got dipping powder which I’ve not had before and she explained to me about it
I always go to them. Today I saw a rhinestone nail photo online and I showed it to them. They didn’t have similar stones but they did what they could. I am so happy with the outcome! SNS is cheaper than the shopping mall salons. Very welcoming
Had a really nice manicure coming after opening without appointment. I wasn't sure what I wanted and I love the result of it. It took 45min with gel removal. Helpful and kind staff. Will come back again.
I didn't expect much but after experiencing the service at this place I was impressed, because the service was above all excellent. The staff is very friendly, helpful and sweet. they meticulously did my nails with a smile on their face. and this is the result of the nail set that they completed according to my request. I wish I was rich to pay more for them, their service is well worth my money. Highly recommend!!!
