The best dentist! After moving to Auckland, I needed a dentist for checkups and to look at my wisdom teeth, which were showing signs of comign through. Karl did an amazing job extracting them! Cannot recommend Symons Street Dental more and they are Southern Cross affiliated, which makes claiming via SC super simple. Thanks team!

Great service, For 2 years I could not eat on the left side of my mouth without feeling pain and then finally last night half my tooth fell out and Karl Johnston did an amazing job and completely refilled the hole and now you can't even tell there was only half a tooth. The procedure was pain free and he explained everything he was doing, I recommend this Dentist. Thank you Karl and team.
You’d be hard pressed to find someone who enjoys going to the dentist. But I can’t recommend Symonds St Dental enough. From the friendly welcome and fantastic work of the hygienists, to the amazing dental work by Dr Andy Grayson it’s a throughly painless experience. I’ve been to a few dentists around the world and this by far the best practice and Andy is the best dentist I have ever had work from.
After many years not enjoying smiling, I'm proud to smile again! The team make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in the door, and the workmanship is the best you can find anywhere. I recently moved to Auckland and was very nervous about finding a new dentist. However, Dr Karl was just amazing when I visited for treatment last week. He was very kind and put me at ease straight away. He talked me through the procedure as he was doing it so i could understand what was happening in my mouth. I needed a local anesthetic and it was truly pain free. He ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Music playing while I was in the chair was also a lovely touch to help me relax. I would absolutely recommend Dr Karl. Very professional.
