My 6 year old granddaughter had a hair disaster with major tangles. 2 other salons refused to help, the ladies at Kay’s took on the challenge and spent several hours sorting her hair, many thanks
I’ve been coming here since 2011! It’s so good! Perfect eyebrows every time and they check with you throughout that you are happy with the shape. I’ve never regretted having them done there. So affordable. My makeup artist friend was visiting from Sydney last year and I said I needed to get mine done, she said no they are fine. But I went anyway. Afterwards she was like ‘whoa! You were right, they look so much better!!’
I went for a Brazilian, full legs under arms and face sides wax, I was never provided any baby wipes to have a freshen up before the wax downstairs lucky I showered before coming in, the room was very dirty had dirt marks all over the walls and pillow that was given to rest on, she gave me a compliment and could tell I regularly get a wax as the hair was coming out nicely and asked where I normally go and how much they charge so I tell her I’m out of town why I’ve come in and how much they do charge and in the store there are no prices I could see and she charged me the amount my normal place charges me to find out on the website it was $13 more than what she should have charged me for her services but I had already left unfortunately, my legs were still covered in spots of missed wax which it took me two days to scrub and scratch off in the shower. Never again never recommend this place I actually felt really dirty leaving.

I came here for a simple trim, v shape hair cut that had grown out after months of lockdown and curtain bangs. The lady that did my hair was very rude to begin with.. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and the result was catastrophic. The v cut was uneven. One side way longer than the other, and same thing happened with the bangs, which were not curtain bangs at all, and again.. one side shorter than the other. I had to get my hair fixed somewhere else the day after. The second hairdresser I went to took a before and after photo and, oh my god!! It was horrendous! Don’t go to this place ever!! Spend your money somewhere else!!
