This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The owner is unbelievably rude and treats customers with no respect at all. Her attitude is arrogant and dismissive — she behaves as if she’s doing you a favor by letting you walk into her salon. She refuses to listen to customers and reacts rudely if you try to express your opinion. Instead of maintaining professionalism, she chooses to argue and show no courtesy. The service itself was poor, and the entire experience was frustrating and unpleasant. I would never recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic respect or decent customer service.
My mum and I have been going to this salon for almost a year now, and we're so grateful to have found Sukham! She is amazing at doing our eyebrows - we've never had anyone else do them so well. She's super professional, kind, and does such a great job that we keep going back! Thanks also to Jyoti Di for tidying up our eyebrows nicely and never removing more than requested. We've never left with eyebrows that were too thin or out of shape. Definitely recommend! ☺️
