    I had such a great experience at this vape shop! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They carry a wide variety of vapes, juices, and accessories β€” everything from beginner-friendly options to more advanced gear. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which made browsing super easy. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They recommended a few flavors based on what I usually like, and I ended up finding my new favorite. Prices are also very fair compared to other places I’ve been. Overall, I left feeling confident with my purchase and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for quality products and great service!

    Buying eliquid from Shosha it is like buying a lucky dip, there’s absolutely no guarantee that you will like the product and even if it’s absolutely awful, they will not accept returns. This is in contrast to other suppliers who either have samples available or let you smell the liquids before purchase. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth the risk. Over the years I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars on crappy eliquids and I’m not willing to spend money on something that I might hate. As a franchise, you need to do better. Also, your prices are generally higher than Vapo or VapeShed etc…

    Third time now that I am stopping there in less than 3 months. And every time there was a sign on the door "will be back in 30 minutes". Yeah, right. Today i had enough and I found a shop just behind them and is alot cheaper.... Open from 9am to 7pm... yeah, right.

    At the point of sale the staff will assure you there is a 3 month warranty on all their devices. "Any problems just come back and we'll replace it" You'll feel confident in your purchase. I purchased a spare vape device from this store, and when I came to use this NEW device 3 weeks later, straight out of the box it didn't turn on or would it charge, it was a dud. I take it back to the store in the original packaging with the receipt, expecting a nice simple exchange and replacement. Oh boy, was I in for a shock. The staff member was so rude and belligerent that he had the customer service skills of an axe murder, calling me "bro" extremely disrespectful and arrogant. At $50 this wasn't an expensive device. I accept that, but I still expect it to work. Apparently, you have to wait 7 to 10 days for a replacement even though they have the replacement in the store. I wasn't looking for a refund, I just wanted a replacement device. One excuse was I took too long to notice it was faulty, 3 weeks into a 3 month warranty is not an acceptable timeframe, he said. They appear to make the process of a simple exchange/replacement so difficult that you just give up and can't be bothered. I'm absolutely disgusted how I was treated, I have been a loyal customer of Shosha for several years. I strongly recommend anyone stay well clear of buying any devices from them.

    Personally I try avoid this store and the Blockhouse bay one. The staff always seem preoccupied and almost annoyed especially when I have had questions. Final straw was when I couldn’t 100% remember what replacement coils I needed (one was a lot harsher than the other). When I asked if I could swap unopened product if it wasn’t the one I usually use. He proceded to make a point about how they would work with my vape and they would not give me $2.50 refund. I couldn’t care less about $2.50 but I don’t want $25 worth of stuff that I can’t use and talked to like I’m stupid. Other stores are much much friendlier and seem to be more knowledagble about the products aswell. The young lady with blue hair is the saving grace for these stores.

    Bought 2 flavours of salty world 20 mg and they both came out to be bland. No flavour at all. I rang store to find out resolution, but he is telling me we can't do anything about it as bottles are open. I dont understand how can someone find out juices are bland without using them. Wasted my $50. Horrible.
