   I've been a regular at this hair salon for years, visiting every month or two. Sarah, my hair designer, has done everything from haircuts to perms, and she never disappoints. The prices are fair and competitive, and booking an appointment over the phone is always easy. I highly recommend this salon.

   Came here because previously the ladies had done a good job on my hair (they are usually good at layering) but this time I did not receive the haircut I asked for which was more of a shag/wolf cut and got a mullet. When I went home I realised the back was uneven. It is not terrible but it is not what I had asked for which was disappointing :( And it's too short now so it can't get fixed. Also brought my friend with me with curly hair and the sign said "cut and blow dry $30" however they told her it was only a blow dry for $30 and because she had kinky hair, they would need to straighten it and then blow dry for double the price which a) shows a lack of expertise and b) is false advertising and unfair for a person of colour to get overcharged so much. Also her lady was rude and told her she had dry hair unprovoked which was unkind

   It appears many people have had the same issue, went to get a hair cut here, and the lady cut my hair way too short and uneven. I ended up with three different chunks of lengths side by side. I complained but did not want to go back to 'resolve' this as my hair was already shorter than what i asked and i didnt want to cut anymore off. These ladies clearly don't understand what their customers want since so many of your reviews have complained about cutting hair too short and thin. To be very honest, this was the worst hair cut i've ever gotten in my life, and i will never trust any hair dressers anymore after this, will be doing my own hair from now on. On the bright side, this business will make me save lots of money in the long term since they have made me black list the industry for good after this absolute nightmere, i felt so insecure after this horrible hair cut and will continue to feel bad until it grows out.

   The WORST ever haircut! The ladies here are lovely and sweet but hairdressing is shocking. Before I had my hair cut I asked the lady not to cut it short and she cut my hair so short and thinned it out until I basically had no hair left, she started cutting my hair at the back so by time I had noticed how short it was, it was way to late. When I said you’ve cut my hair to short the lady next to me started filming as if I shouldn’t be upset about my hair and then it was excuse’s. This left me very self conscious and it has taken me 2 years to grow my long curly hair back. Also the shop smelled horrible and I contemplated walking out as soon as I walked in, which I should have.

   I had a haircut recently with the only senior stylist; Sarah and it was a very bad haircut. I asked for a trim and I only have 1 1/2 inch straight cut off the back and that’s all. She says done!! ..this is the 2nd time I have been there as the first time was just okay and so I thought will try again...never again would I recommend the place. Two weeks ago I recommend her to my niece and she complained about her haircut by Sarah which I say not possible her..must be someone else..but I was wrong. My mum and sis was there last week and saw her finished up a customer with uneven cut at the back and she told the customer-done. Mr owner- I think you need to sit down and have a good talk with Sarah before you lose more customers.
