I didnt write this at the time but these guys are a disgrace, the manager absolutely awful. Bought something and didnt even try it on took it straight back and they wouldn't refund the money even though it was never worn. Horrible horrible experience, i gurantee they dont stand by any gurantees or decent human values, 1 star is a compliment!
Absolutely revolting customer service from 2 so called managers Aleisha and Eleanor on 2 separate occasions. Unfortunately I purchased what I thought to be a good quality solid gold bangle which has snapped down the middle after less than 2 years. As a customer I had questions about how this could occur when no great pressure had been applied to the bangle. The sales assistant was unable to answer these questions and twice Eleanor spoke rudely to her but in a manner that was clearly intended for me. The "manager" did this in the middle of "serving" her own customers. What a treat for them also. Again today picking up the bangle I have had another experience with Aleisha, another so called manager who is equally unprofessional and rude. These women are unable to leave their emotions out of the equation when dealing with a customer. There is clearly zero training for "management" as they are ill prepared to deal with a customer who is upset about the clearly very poor quality of their jewelry and whom has questions. Both these women are an absolute disgrace in so many forms but mainly in the role of "manager". Revoltingly unprofessional, highly emotional and reactive people, in the role of "manager" who are clearly only in that role because they have been at the job the longest. Absolutely appalling behavior from a couple of very angry individuals who seem to have some sort of chip on their shoulder and extreme superiority complex. I've never come across anything like it. Extremely toxic and concerning. And yes I recorded our conversations today Aleisha as I knew I would have trouble coming in today after I heard the attitude in your voice when you called me to say my bangle was ready to be picked up. Thank you yes, I will be making that complaint to head office. I do hope head office have appropriately trained leaders who can remain professional and remember they are at work and not at the local Henderson watering hole. Do better Stewart Dawson's, your Henderson store is being managed disgracefully. Low quality items being sold by low quality "managers". A definite disgrace.
Professional and friendly service by Lepisi. She was listening, advising and humourous with my parents. We came in to look for a ring for my mum for their 50th anniversary. Such a lovely team if ladies yesterday afternoon Sat 6th April 2024. Thank you for your help.
Came in today to buy a gift for my mother, was helped instantly by a lovely woman, I was very indecisive but she helped me to choose a nice pendant and gold chain that was within my budget. I wont give 5 stars because the manager (maybe?) Had crazy attitude. The lovely lady who helped me made a small mistake when charging me, which was fine, but she was confused as to what had happened and needed a hand from the other staff, one of the ladies came in and was being very harsh saying "you put an extra 0 so its 4000 now. Leave it and now i have to fix it. Now I have a customer so can you not keep standing around." I was giving her crazy stank eye because she was being real aggressive and i didnt like the way she was talking to the staff, its really off putting knowing the staff are being treated like this by one of the employees...
The two workers there today were amazing! Great customer service and friendly, thanks again!

We were in your shop yesterday shopping for a watch we were served by Csilla, she was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable, Csilla went the extra mile and rung about a certain watch to get the right information, she wasn't bothered that we took time trying on what seemed to be every watch in the shop. Would highly recommend and return. Thank you
